How to use it
After a set (or a few identical sets) type the exercise, the date, the number of sets and reps, and the weight if you used one, then press Log it. Leave weight empty for body-weight moves like push-ups. Exercise names you used before are suggested as you type, so spelling stays consistent and your history groups together.
Your bests shows, for each exercise, the heaviest weight you logged and an estimate of the heaviest single repetition you could probably lift, worked out with the common Epley formula: weight × (1 + reps ÷ 30). Pounds and kilograms are compared fairly. History lists the newest entries first, and you can show just one exercise.
Questions
Does it give training advice? No. It records numbers and does simple sums; it is not a coach or a medical tool. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new routine, especially if you have an injury or health condition.
Where is my data? Only in this browser on this device, never uploaded. Export a CSV now and then as a backup or to chart in a spreadsheet; Import brings it back without duplicating entries. To track a daily routine, try the Habit Tracker.
