How to use the habit tracker
- Add a habit, such as “read 10 pages”. Tick Weekdays only if Saturday and Sunday shouldn’t count.
- Press Mark done today. Missed yesterday? Tap its square in the 7-day strip to fix it.
- Current is the number of days in a row up to today. If today isn’t ticked yet, yesterday still keeps it alive. Best is your longest run ever.
- The 12-week grid shows each day as a square, oldest on the left, with the current week on the right.
