How to use the timer
- Type hours, minutes and seconds and press Start timer, or tap a quick start time.
- Give it a label if you’re running more than one (“pasta”, “bread”, “break”).
- When it reaches zero it beeps and flashes until you press OK. +1 min adds a minute at any time.
Questions
Will it ring if I switch tabs? Yes, as long as the page stays open. The time left also shows in the tab’s title. Phones may pause pages in the background, so keep the screen on for long timers.
Can I run several timers? Yes, as many as you like. Each one has its own pause, reset and full screen.
No sound? Check that Alarm on is lit at the top, your device isn’t muted, and you pressed a button on the page first (browsers block sound until you do).
