How to use it
Pick a tier and press Make a team. Each Pokémon gets four moves, an ability, an item, a Tera Type, a nature and EVs. Press Copy team, then in Pokémon Showdown open the Teambuilder, make a new team, choose Import from text and paste.
Keep holds a Pokémon while you make new teams around it. New set gives the same Pokémon different moves and items. Swap replaces just that one.
Where the sets come from
Moves, abilities and Tera types come from the sets Pokémon Showdown uses for its own Random Battles, so every set is a sensible one for the current games. Items and EVs are picked by simple rules: attackers with no status moves get Choice items, bulky ones Leftovers or Heavy-Duty Boots, and the EVs max out the stat the moves use.
Level 100, full EVs is for normal formats like OU. Random Battle levels uses Showdown’s balancing levels and even EVs, so weaker Pokémon get a higher level.
Questions
Is the team legal in that tier? Each Pokémon is from the tier you pick (with the ones just above it that are banned from the tier below), and no Pokémon appears twice. Check the moves against your format’s bans, like Baton Pass or sleep moves, before a ladder game.
