How to use it
Choose a wide picture, such as a panorama from your phone. Pick a shape for the slides, and the page suggests how many slides the picture fills best; tap another number to change it. The strip shows all the slides side by side with dashed cut lines and slide numbers. Drag the picture to choose which part shows, and pinch, scroll or use the slider to zoom in.
The swipe preview below shows each slide on its own, the way people will swipe through them. When it looks right, Download all as a ZIP saves every slide as a numbered JPG at full size, or tap Save under a slide to save just that one (handy on a phone).
Tips for a seamless swipe
Post the slides in number order and use the same shape for all of them, so the edges line up as people swipe. Keep faces and text away from the cut lines, because some apps leave a small gap between slides. Portrait 4:5 (1080 × 1350) takes the most room in the feed; Square 1:1 (1080 × 1080) and Tall 3:4 (1080 × 1440) suit other layouts. If the page says the picture is enlarged, use fewer slides so it stays sharp.
Questions
Is my picture uploaded? No. It is opened, cut and saved inside your browser, and never leaves your device. How many slides can I make? From 2 to 10, which is a common limit for swipe posts. Why JPG? Photo apps re-compress uploads anyway, and JPG keeps the files small. Can I use an iPhone HEIC photo? Browsers can’t open HEIC; share it as JPG first, or use the Image Converter. Is this an Instagram tool? It makes slides for Instagram-style carousel posts, but it isn’t made by or connected to Instagram or Meta.
