How it works
Each day, write one to three short lines about things you are grateful for. They can be tiny: a warm drink, a message from a friend, the bus arriving on time. A different gentle prompt is shown each day if you are stuck. Press Save today; you can come back later the same day and update the entry. Your streak counts the days in a row with an entry, and it stays alive until the day is over, so you have until midnight to keep it going. The little squares show the last 28 days.
Many people enjoy looking back through old entries on a hard day; the search box helps you find a name or a place you wrote about.
Privacy
The journal lives only in this browser on this device. It is not uploaded, there is no account, and nobody else can read it. Clearing your browser data erases it, so use Export JSON or Export CSV now and then, and Import to restore or to move entries to another device.
