How to use it
Write the goal in your own words and, if you like, give it a target date. Then break it into small steps using the box on the goal card: “Buy running shoes”, “Run 1 km”, “Run 3 km”, “Run 5 km”. Tick each step as you finish it. The progress bar is the share of steps done, and a goal with every step ticked gets a finish flag. The card also shows the days left, or how many days overdue it is.
Making goals that stick
Make steps small enough to do in a day or a week. Make the first step so easy you can do it today. Put a date on goals that need one, and leave it off for the open-ended ones. Look at the list once a week and tidy it: drop what no longer matters, split what is stuck.
Questions
Is my data uploaded? No. Goals are saved only in this browser on this device. Can I back them up? Yes: Export CSV or JSON, and Import restores or merges them without duplicating titles. Can I track daily habits too? Yes, in the Habit Tracker; this tool is for goals with an end. Up to 100 goals with 30 steps each.
