How to use the tally counter
- Tap the big number, or press Space or the up arrow, to add one. The down arrow, or the −1 button, takes one off.
- Give the counter a name, such as “laps” or “visitors”.
- Add a counter to count something else at the same time, and switch between them with the buttons above.
- Undo takes back the last change, including a reset.
Questions
Will I lose my count if I close the page? No. Counters are saved in this browser, so they’re still there when you come back.
How many counters can I have? Up to twelve.
Is it good for counting people at the door? Yes, that’s what the big button is for. Keep the page open on your phone and tap once per person.
Does it work offline? Once the page has loaded, yes. Nothing is sent anywhere.
