How to use it
Choose two to four cities, set the hours people are available (9 AM to 5 PM by default), and pick a date. The tool lists every stretch of time when all of the cities are within working hours, written in each city’s own local time, and draws an hour-by-hour chart in which the strong green columns are the times that suit everyone. The date matters: when one country changes its clocks and another doesn’t, the gap between them shifts for a few weeks.
If there is no overlap, the page says so, and with three or more cities it shows when all but one city is working, which is often the best you can do. Widen the hours or include weekends to find more options. Times marked “next day” or “day before” fall on a different calendar day in that city.
Questions
Does it know about daylight saving time? Yes, it uses your browser’s time zone database for the exact date you choose. Are public holidays included? No, only weekends can be left out. What are the other cities on the list? Over fifty big cities; if yours is missing, choose a city in the same time zone. To see the time right now in several cities, use the World Clock. Your choices are saved only in this browser.
