How to play

Each round, players take turns. On your turn, either draw a card and add it to your line, or stay and bank what you have for this round. Everyone draws at least one card. The round ends when everyone has stayed, been frozen or gone bust.

If you draw a number you already have, you bust and score nothing this round. Collect seven different numbers and the round ends at once: you score 15 extra, and everyone else banks what they have.

The deck

  • Numbers: twelve 12s, eleven 11s, and so on down to one 1, plus a single 0. High numbers are worth more but are more likely to repeat.
  • Bonus cards: +2, +4, +6, +8 and +10 add to your score; ×2 doubles your numbers (not the bonuses). They never make you bust.
  • Freeze: give it to any player still in (or keep it yourself). They bank what they have and stop for the round.
  • Draw Three: give it to any player still in. They must draw three cards in a row.
  • Second Chance: keep it. The next time you would bust, both cards are thrown away instead. If you already have one, you give the new one to someone who hasn’t.

Scoring

Your round score is your numbers added up (doubled with ×2), plus any bonus cards, plus 15 for seven numbers. The first player with 200 or more at the end of a round wins; if two tie at the top, play another round.

Tips

With four or five numbers out, the chance of a repeat climbs fast. A Second Chance is a good reason to keep drawing. Use Freeze on the leader while their line is small, and give Draw Three to whoever has the most to lose.
